    TNT specializes in the whole body work-out. We have Heavy Bag Cardio Boxing and Kickboxing classes daily. Along with our cardio classes we have BJJ, MMA, Circuit Training and Self-Defense classes and personal training to get your body into fighting shape. We also have amateur and pro fight teams. Our instructors are unsurpassed in their respected industries so you will train with the best. There is no better work-out.

    Check out our beautiful new facility, with a cardio-class bag rack that holds 30 muay thai heavy bags. No sharing bags here. We have a professional boxing ring, upper cut bag, double-end bags and speed bag. Plus we have a complete free-weight and cardio equipment area, juice bar and full service ADA locker rooms. We sell gloves, wraps, clothing and accessories.
